The US-based CPP Inc., a corporate solutions group, yesterday announced the expansion of its Singapore branch to Cambodia, Myanmar and Mongolia.

“The expansion demonstrates growing market demand for CPP’s psychometric assessments and other products in the region, as well as a global reach that has extended far beyond its well-established presence in North America, Australia, Europe and Africa,” said the company’s media release.

CPP’s psychometric assessment tools include the Myers-Briggs assessment, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, and the California Psychological Inventory.

“These instruments have given millions of people worldwide invaluable insights to improve their professional and personal lives,” stated the media release.

CPP said that 89 of Fortune 100 companies used their psychometric assessment tools “to maximize individual and team effectiveness from entry to executive levels.”

The media statement said that the growing economies of Myanmar, Cambodia and Myanmar provided a market for CPP’s psychometric instruments, as both businesses and individuals in the countries sought to perform more effectively from entry to executive levels.

According to The World Bank, Cambodia continues to enjoy robust growth, estimated to have reached seven percent in 2015 and expected to remain strong in 2016. Similarly, growth in Myanmar is estimated at seven percent, while Mongolia’s GDP ratio has doubled in the past decade.

“These regions have also seen an expansion in manufacturing, energy and other industries,” said the CPP statement.
