KOICA Capacity Building Program Experience Sharing Workshop:

Implementation of Action Plan of General Secretariat of NSTC,​​ Ministry of Planning, for Science & Technology Development and Innovation in Cambodia

On 26th August 2016, KOICA Capacity Building Program Experience Sharing Workshop will be organized at Cambodia-Korea Cooperation Center (CKCC) from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM by Secretary General of National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Ministry of Planning, under the financial support of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and presided over by H.E. Has Bunton, Secretary General of National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Ministry of Planning, and Mr. Suh Jung Hwan, Deputy Country Director of KOICA Cambodia.

The workshop mainly aims at sharing the important knowledge and experiences in the field of science & technology development and innovation that the officials from General Secretariat of NSTC, Ministry of Planning, gained via attending KOICA training on “Science and Technology Policy, Planning, and Management of National Research Facilities and Equipment” in the Republic of Korea in 2015.The workshop also aims at presenting how they applied such knowledge and experience to their work in order to improve science &technology development and innovation in Cambodia. Moreover, the workshop offers a great opportunity for the Cambodian Government officials and Korean experts to exchange and share their experiences to learn from each other.

There will be around 80 participants in attendance. Those 80 participants include Government officials from General Secretariat of NSTC, Ministry of Planning, and various ministries and agencies.
