Buyers must make a deposit of 30 percent of the total price by paying 10 percent of the total price for the first three months. As for the rest, buyers could do monthly payment by paying $140 to $160 per month with 8.5 percent of interest a year. Anyone could buy the housing unit, but priority will be given to government officials. And dwellers could sell their housing unit only after five years.
